SNAP History

There are many common challenges and issues that nonprofit organizations face every day, regardless of the mission of the nonprofit organization. Strategic Nonprofit Alliance Partnership, Inc., (SNAP) was created in response to the need to address these common questions and challenges through regular training and other resources.

SNAP was formed in 2002 in Tallahassee, Florida, as a partnership with the United Partners for Human Services, Inc., other Big Bend area nonprofit organizations and James Moore & Co., P.L.,.

Because of the success of the program in Tallahassee, James Moore & Co., P.L., working closely with the local United Way, began offering similar educational training seminars in Gainesville (North Central Florida) and Daytona Beach (Volusia/Flagler Counties) in 2005.
